1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using Tixbae ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. PLATFORM OVERVIEW

Tixbae is an event ticketing platform that connects event organizers with attendees. We provide tools for event creation, ticket sales, payment processing, and event management.

3. USER ACCOUNTS

Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• One person may not maintain more than one account

Account Types

• Attendee: Can browse events, purchase tickets, and manage their tickets
• Organizer: Can create events, manage ticket sales, and access attendee information

4. TICKET PURCHASES

Purchase Process

• All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated by the event organizer
• Ticket prices are set by event organizers and may include platform fees
• Payment is processed securely through Midtrans
• Tickets are delivered electronically via email and accessible through your account

Ticket Validity

• Each ticket contains a unique QR code for event entry
• Tickets cannot be duplicated or transferred unless permitted by the organizer
• Screenshots or photocopies of tickets may not be accepted for entry

Refunds and Cancellations

• Refund policies are determined by individual event organizers
• If an event is cancelled by the organizer, refunds will be processed according to their policy
• Platform fees may be non-refundable

5. EVENT ORGANIZER RESPONSIBILITIES

Event Content

• Organizers are solely responsible for event content, scheduling, and execution
• Event descriptions must be accurate and not misleading
• Organizers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Inappropriate or illegal content is prohibited

Financial Obligations

• Platform fees are deducted from ticket sales
• Organizers are responsible for any applicable taxes
• Refund policies must be clearly stated

Data Protection

• Organizers receive attendee contact information for event management
• This information must be used only for legitimate event purposes
• Organizers must comply with applicable data protection laws

6. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use our platform for:

• Any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to unlawful acts
• Violating any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• Infringing upon or violating our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• Harassing, abusing, insulting, harming, defaming, slandering, disparaging, intimidating, or discriminating
• Submitting false or misleading information
• Uploading or transmitting viruses or any other type of malicious code
• Spamming, phishing, or conducting any other fraudulent activity
• Ticket scalping or unauthorized reselling

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Tixbae and its licensors. The platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Event organizers retain ownership of their event content but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute such content through our platform.

8. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY

• We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the platform with reasonable notice
• Planned maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• We are not liable for any losses resulting from platform unavailability

9. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the platform, to understand our practices.

10. DISCLAIMERS

• Tixbae acts as an intermediary between event organizers and attendees
• We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of events
• We do not guarantee that events will occur as scheduled
• Event organizers are independent contractors, not our employees or agents
• The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Tixbae be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the platform.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tixbae from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

13. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever including:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Violation of intellectual property rights
• Abusive behavior toward other users or staff

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Indonesia.

15. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
